BINGHAMTON (WBNG) — Thursday, Mothers and Babies Perinatal Network held a press conference to keep New York State residents aware of the need to actively renew their health insurance coverage.

House votes to override Gov. Burgum’s veto on the health insurance bill

(KXNET) — Governor Doug Burgum used his veto power to try and kill a plan relating to health insurance plans.

On Monday, House Bill 1416 was brought back, and lawmakers voted unanimously to override that veto.

New Abu Dhabi health insurance plan a ‘changing point’ in reducing business costs

Abu Dhabi’s new flexible health insurance plan will further reduce the cost of doing business and help in attracting more companies and start-ups to set up operations in the emirate, according to a senior official.

The new insurance policy was unveiled in February and anyone earning more than Dh5,000 ($1,361) a month is eligible to take advantage of the new scheme.
